ASHRAE Level 1 Energy Audit

The ASHRAE Level 1 Energy Audit process includes an Energy Star PEA and walk-through of the facility. Report recommendations provide limited cost, savings and payback data… it’s primarily a qualitative analysis. A Level 1 is sufficient for developing an energy project consisting of basic no cost and low cost energy saving measures. The audit cost will generally run from $500 to $3500 depending on building size.
